SHIPPING

  • All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hrs, except weekends and holidays.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has shipped. Erimish is not responsible for inaccurate email addresses. Please double check you email address.
  • Erimish is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact UPS or USPS with your tracking number prior to contacting Erimish.
  • If you want to add additional items to a previous order, you have until 2:00 pm CST the SAME DAY to place the additional order. You MUST put in the ‘notes’ section of the checkout page, your previous order number that you want to combine, to ensure secondary shipping refunds. Any order placed past 2:00 pm CST, can not be guaranteed to be combined.

RETURNS & DAMAGES

  • Erimish is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact UPS or USPS with your tracking number prior to contacting Erimish.
  • If your piece arrives damaged, please contact Erimish at help@erimish.com, within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will do our best to replace or repair any damaged item.
  • All jewelry sales are final.
